Today's Man Lesson: Don't be afraid to explore outside of your boundaries. For a while now, I've been looking at experimenting with different looks most notably, a new HAT, an iconic piece of my day-tod-ay wardrobe. I wear toques in the winter and newsboy caps in the summer, but I knew it was time to take another path.... When my coworkers gave me a bomber hat to try for my look, I'll admit that I was skeptical at first, but when I shared a pic Twitter and Facebook, the response was so positive that I didn't know why I doubted it in the first place! Never be afraid to experiment. Never be afraid to explore a different path the one you're avoiding may be the very one you're SUPPOSED to take.

Today's Man Lesson: Congratulations on surviving Valentine's Day, and hopefully it wasn't a first date. Today, the masses helped me discover that you don't do a first date on Valentine's Day there's too much pressure, expectation and madness associated with it it's for experienced daters only! The flowers have been bought, chocolates delivered, and I assume that many ended their February 14ths on a good note I hope that yours was one of them!... Remember this, though February 14th for the most part is nothing more than another day on the calendar. It's much like Community's October 19th it should represent a feeling, not just a date. Every day should be a day that you can bring flowers. Every day should be a day for chocolates, kind words and building connections. Remember what you did this Valentine's Day and strive to keep doing it as much as possible :) Your life will thank you for it.

Today's Man Lesson: There's on use denying it Valentine's Day is right around the corner! A friend sent a copy of this week's Dating Diaries from The Grid, and it seemed like a good lesson to put out there about the kinds of actions that'll give a man a better chance at getting FUTURE dates. But one look at the comments showed me a BIGGER issue at hand that we've become cynical and skeptical that a story where a guy planned a series of romantic gestures isn't even REAL.... What does this say for the future of relationships? Of courting? Of ROMANCE? Is it all dead? Is it left to the world of rom-coms and Harlequin novels? Today's Man Lesson is to not let romance die let's all work to a higher standard to inspire others to keep it all alive.

Today's Man Lesson: Much as you'd like to try, you simply CAN'T do everything by yourself we all need some help at times. Whether it's from friends, family, coworkers, strangers, or even God, some problems are too big to face alone. When it seems like you've exhausted all your options when it feels like you're at the end of your rope without a shred of hope left that's the time for FAITH. People believe in all sorts of different things, but at the heart of it all is the... belief that when things seem their roughest, there's a force somewhere out there that'll help us out. Belief is there to help you out when nothing else can. Try it out!

Today's Man Lesson: If you haven't scored a date in a while, perhaps it's time to change tactics? It's 2013, but people still look down on online dating. In an age where social media has become the new tell-all exposés of our lives, why're we so wary of the information people post on their dating profiles?... Don't let old-working thinking hold you back in a new world always examine all of your options so you can REALLY figure out what works best for you!!!
