Got a kick out of this meme! At some point, we need to integrate. We need to turn towards, feel, and take different action. We need to learn to meet our own shadow, pain, anger, reactivity, sadness, etc, with compassion, acceptance, and learn to embrace the aspects of ourselves we’ve been running from, analyzing, and trying to medicate.... So if your ready to do this work, join me in the shadow work program. It’s an 8 week deep dive into the shadow where I guide you on the path of unearthing, facing, and integrating our shadow (link in bio, course starts Friday!)

One of the biggest challenges I see men having when being empathetic with others is that they think they need to collapse on their boundaries. Nice guys do this all the time, They USE empathy as an excuse for not maintaining healthy boundaries and their relationships suffer because of it. ... On the other end of the spectrum, men who have rigid or hard boundaries will feel an internal conflict. Something along the lines of "I'll be used, taken advantage of, or have my boundaries crossed if i'm truly empathetic." Proper empathy doesn't erode your boundaries, it reinforces them. Let yourself connect with what the other person is going through. Seek understanding. Look for the areas you can express compassion for... and stay rooted and grounded in what you know is best for you to be at your best. See more

The Shadow of money is a BIG one. Some of you will have grown up in homes where money was scarce, hardly ever present and was one of the main sources of suffering and stress for your parents & family. Maybe you heard stories like "money is the root of all evil" or "money doesn't grow on trees." ... Or maybe your family had money and you felt ashamed of it, aways trying to hide it... Either way, for most people, money and abundance have their own unique shadow. One we need to understand so we can get out of the scarcity mentality and into financial flow. What's the shadow of money looked like in your life?? ------------ Only 5 days left to register for the Shadow Work course. I'm offering $100 OFF this round of the course. If you're ready to understand and start working with your shadow come join me. We start on Thursday! Link in bio. See more
