Maple Leaf Kennel Club (UKC)

Maple Leaf Kennel Club will celebrate the arrival 2021 with another virtual dog show fundraiser. Rules will be the same, we will have some new /different classes. It will require three pictures and one MUST be a stacked side view. The other two are of your choice. So get those pictures ready before the snow flies and join us for fun filled virtual show in January 2021.

Maple Leaf Kennel club would like to thank everyone who attended our final nosework trial for 2020. It was a huge success and we had a ton of fun working in the Legion. We had awesome actual rooms/furniture etc to search and a huge space for all of the containers and HD classes. Thank you to our amazing judge Laurie Soutar who not only sets up excellent searches but also gives everyone great pointers and sound advice after their search. Everyone loves it and applies it to t...heir next searches and future training. Thank you to All of the volunteers without you we could not make it happen. PHOTO SHOOT There are still a few spots open for our November 21 Holiday photo shoot in KIngston . A great deal for your christmas pet photos. You can include your family as well. The photographer and her assistant are very experienced in photographing animals and will be happy to help while you are there. Multiple shots wi be taken and emailed to you. You will get them all . ENTRIES CLOSE IN A FEW DAYS FOR THE NOSEWORK TRIAL ON NOVEMBER 14-15 2020. November 10th is the deadline Don't miss it. We have an amazing location indoors at a Legion. We have access to the whole main floor to use for searching. We have a huge banquet hall for HD and Containers and many rooms to use for Interiors. This will be so much fun.... There will be very limited indoor crating for those who are nearing their class if the the weather is bad. MLKC offers HIT novice, HIT advanced and so on. As well as New title rosettes. We will also be collecting pet food/treats for the South Frontenac Food bank. Hope to see you all there.
