It's Setup Friday - except it's not ... On the Friday before the Maple Run Tour weekend, the artists would usually be busy setting up at one of the 10 wonderful locations. Sadly, that isn't happening this year, because as you know by now, the Tour has been cancelled. The Tour was going to be great - perhaps better than ever., and we were so excited to show you what we had lined up for you. So we have a suggestion: take a wander through our website https://mapleruntour.com/... and virtually experience the artists and local artisan food and drink producers. Artist profiles, beautiful images and contact information are all there waiting for you to discover. We're all still working and creating, and we'd love to connect. We'll meet again - and we know where and when - April 3-4, 2021. But we won't be seeing you this year - and we'll really miss you. Stay well and safe.

It is with great sadness that the organizers of the Pakenham Maple Run Tour have made the hard but correct decision to cancel this year's tour due to the last few weeks of the unforeseen and changing situation of the Corvid-19 virus. It's heartbreaking for all of us. We just wrapped up our organizers' meeting and we couldn't help but spend a lot of that talking it out and sharing just how sad/bummed out/sleep-deprived we all felt about this. What helped us so much was the su...pport we could feel through our wonderful participants to the tour through their emails. The word "unprecedented" has been used again and again. We all will miss greeting and sharing our artwork, craftsmanship, passions and talents with those who come out to Pakenham to enjoy the tour, the village, the experience and views that make our tour so unique. Our success has always been through our various passions grouped together in the Pakenham Maple Run Tour and our enthusiasm to share with those who appreciate it.
