Syrup season is done for another year! We spent the weekend cleaning sap lines. I think giants may have tapped a few of the trees! Who put them so high?!

Syrup season continues! The guys are bringing in another bundle of wood, which should last the night. #ontariomaplesyrup

UPDATE: Our Open House for this weekend is cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The farm store will be open Saturday 9-3 and Sunday 12-4 if you would like to stop in and pick up your maple treats.

OPEN HOUSE UPDATE: In order to reduce proximity risks related to the COVID-19 pandemic we will NOT be serving pancakes at our Open House. The farm store will be open Saturdays and Sundays from now until Easter and we will provide tours, in small groups. The health of our customers and volunteers is of the utmost importance to us. The sap has been running since 11am yesterday morning and it's still going! The big tank is full - (its millimeters from running over!) and we had to break out the back up tank and the truck is on it's way back with another load! Looks like its gonna be another late nite!

Thanks to the "A Team" for helping us tap trees yesterday! It was a beautiful day and we are about half way to finished!
