Our communities, country and the rest of the world are in uneasy times right now. We wanted to share with you that we do remain open for business at this time - following very closely to the recommendations of our government and public health officials. We have taken extra safety measures to ensure our employees and customers stay safe during this COVID-19 crisis. At Maple Bin Services, we work alone - I from home and our drivers in their trucks - we do not have to have cl...ose contact with each other, our home builders, home owners and other trades that we deal with. The transfer stations also have additional safety measures in place for themselves and their customers. We are not accepting cash payments at this time and when a bin is ordered we are asking for specific drop instructions over the phone - if you need to talk to our drivers please maintain a distance no closer than 4 meters. We are the new (in March) faces at Maple Bin Services, Matt & Samantha Dafoe We are determined to continue to provide our customers with the same great customer service and excellence that Jon & Sara gave! Most of the time you will talk to Samantha if you call or email our office, she takes care of all the office operations but sometimes you may hear from Matt - and we can’t forget the friendly guy behind the wheel of our truck, Dyllan, he works hard to get you your bin efficiently.
