Open 10 to 4 today and tomorrow. This will be our last weekend open at regular hours. We wrapped up our season early last week. Starting Monday it will be by chance or appointment. Open 10 to 4 today. We have isopropyl alcohol 20 L and 4L sizes for line sanitation, variety of glass bottles, plastic jugs, filters etc available. We also carry 250 ml round jars, 110 ml hex jars and 355 ml sauce jars for maple and any canning needs. Great for jams, hot sauce, bbq sauce and more. ... We got some well needed sleep last night. We let the pans cool down enough to switch out the front pan and are back boiling. We are Open 10 to 4 today for maple syrup and supplies.
