Farmer Dave has given his approval and we will open back up on THURSDAY at the Homestand at the south end of Strathroy. See you tomorrow!

Good morning from The Corn Crib. A very crisp morning that is turning into a beautiful day! The Maplesweet Corn will be loving this. We will be closed today while we wait for the corn to ripen a bit more. Strathroy Homestand will open for a few more days as soon as it is ripe enough to pick. The Kilworth corn crib and the Strathroy corn crib are now sold out for the day! The Kilworth corn crib will now be closed for the season!( Strathroy homestand will be remain open for a few more days) A big thank you to all our customers Who visit us at the Kilworth stand. Farmer Dave and I value your continued support over the years. And a big thanks to our staff that keeps the Kilworth stand running smoothly, Ben and Jess! That’s right folks another Ben and Jess! if you can believe it , 2 of our stands are run by 4 ppl., but all Ben and Jess! Anyways, you guys did a great job! Keep posted for updates on the homestand! The ARVA Corn Crib is now sold out for the season. Thanks to everyone up in that area for your continued support. It’s been a tremendous year and we appreciate your business! Thank you also to Ben and Jess who have Managed this stand for us all summer. A few others have helped out now and again but these two have basically seen the season through. You both have done an exceptional job! Farmer Dave and the Corn Lady appreciate your dedication!

Sadly ........... still waiting! All Corn Crib locations will be closed today as we wait for the corn to mature just a wee bit more. We will not be at the Masonville Farmers Mkt today, but the strollers will hopefully be able to catch up with us at the ARVA Corn Crib on Sat. (Just 5 minutes straight up Richmond St. At the lights in ARVA)... We hope to be open at all locations on Saturday. Thanks and see you soon!

What a glorious morning! Lots of sunshine to sweeten things up and keep things growing! Just what we need! Today we will be OPEN at the ARVA Corn Crib at 10:00. Lots of goodies there for you to pick up today. The Strathroy stand will be closed today as we don’t have enough ready to service both stands. Still lots of corn out there, but not quite ready yet! What a beautiful morning at The Corn Crib!. Hopefully some sun all day to help keep moving the corn along. Today we will be open at the; homestand at 9 o’clock and the ARVA Corn Crib at 10 o’clock. ... Fresh crop apples have arrived and today we have Honeycrisp on the table as well as Ginger Golds and Paula Reds! Just picked up a load of fresh picked green and yellow beans, zucchini, red and white potatoes, red and green peppers, tomatoes galore, variety of squashes, onions, garlic, honey, honeycombs too, .... lots of goodies to choose from. At the Homestead today there is one box of Roma‘s and two boxes of field tomatoes, by the half bushels if anyone is interested in canning or freezing, making salsa, chilli sauce, spaghetti sauce etc....
