In the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic the need for physical distancing will put constraints on Heartworm and Wellness testing during Spring 2020. However, the prevention of Heartworm, Fleas and Ticks remains important for the health of our pets and families. ... Please see the attatched file to read our "Heartworm Waiver and email or fax us a signed copy so we can prepare your dog's preventives pending review. We can also get verbal acknowledgement in person but please call ahead to request the preventives.
