Lockdown Update Just wanted to let all our patients know that Mapleview Physiotherapy will be open during the current lockdown. As a regulated health profession we are considered an essential service, and therefore can remain open. We will still be closing for the holidays from December 24th- January 4th to allow ourselves time to make the move to our new location.... We wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

Mapleview Physiotherapy will be officially opening at our new location on Monday January 4th! You will find us at 556 Bryne Drive, Unit 4, which is in the same parking lot as our old location. Please look for our new sign, MAPLEVIEW WELLNESS CENTRE!!!!!

EXCITING NEWS!!! Mapleview Physiotherapy will be relocating to a new and improved space in the New Year! Our new location will be in the same plaza, just across the parking lot. It will offer more space and privacy for our patients, with the same convenient access as our current clinic. Due to Covid 19, we had to unfortunately delay welcoming Lindsy Jamieson, our Chiropodist to the clinic. With our new space, Lindsy will be able to join our team, once we are settled in t...he new year. We will be renovating the new space over the next few weeks, and will look forward to welcoming you all in 2021!!!

Well it was our first day back to treating patients today, and it was great to see some familiar faces and some new ones! Thank you to all our loyal patients who stuck with us through these crazy times. We are so happy to be back and able to help you again. We are limiting our booking times as we get back up and running. This will allow us to follow the sanitation and social distancing guidelines set by the College of Physiotherapy. ... We will be open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for the first two weeks in June. We will then re-evaluate our scheduling. Just a few notes for those who may be booking an appointment. We will be asking all patients to complete a screening form at reception when they come in. We also ask that anyone entering the clinic sanitizes their hands at the front desk. Masks are mandatory, so if you have your own, please bring it with you. Please show up for your appointment at your scheduled time. We have spaced patients appropriately in order to minimize any traffic among patients. Thank you for your continued understanding as we get things rolling again.

Mapleview Physiotherapy will be opening Monday June 1st. In order to stay within the guidlines recommended by the College of Physiotherapy, we will be seeing patients on a limited basis. Mapleview Physiotherapy will remain closed indefinitely. As we wait for the go ahead from both the Ontario Government and our governing associations, we are preparring for a safe return to work for both our patients and ourselves. Once we are aware of our date of return, we will be contacting patients who were being treated when the clinic closed in March. Regulations will most likely be a little different when we do reopen, however we will do our best to accomodate any ...and all patients at that time. We again thank you for all your patience and understanding during these difficult times. We look forward to seeing all of you soon. Stay safe, and keep healthy.

Clinic Update Unfortunately at this time, we will remain closed until May 4, 2020. This is not a decision that we have come to lightly. As we are all aware, it is extremely important that we, as a society, abide to the rules of social distancing, and this is how we do our part. ... I'm sure many of you have been following the lists released of Ontario's essential services. On this list you will see physiotherapy. However, it is only deemed essential if it is an emergency or urgent matter. Therefore, we will continue to check our messages regularly. Please, if you need to contact us, leave a message at (705) 733-2922 and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Again, we apologize to all our patients. Our goal is to always be here to help you, and it is extremely difficult to not have our doors open to you. However, during these difficult times, we must consider the health and wellness of our entire community. We look forward to being back helping all of you as soon as possible. Thank you.

Clinic Closure Unfortunelaty, due to circumstances well beyond our control, Mapleview Physiotherapy will remain closed until April 6, 2020. We were advised by both the Ontario and Canadian Physiothreapy Associations last week to stop all nonessential treatment of patients due to COVID 19. As we are not considered an essential service, we must also follow the guidelines put forth this week by the Ontario Government, and remain closed.... We will be checking our messages frequently, so please if you have an urgent / emergency matter contact the clinic at (705) 733-2922 and leave a message. Our physiotherapist will get in touch with you as soon as possible. The health and well being of our patients is extremely important to us and we realize that the temporary closure of the clinic is difficult, to say the least. All we can do during these uncertain times is sincerely thank all of our patients for their understanding, and promise to be back providing treatment as soon as possible.
