This is from Lori Chadwick.... Mark and I just want to thank everyone who made the trek out Saturday night to celebrate his 60th birthday. It was a great evening with friends and family. The Maplewood Restaurant provided an amazing meal while contending with the snow storm. The appetizers filled the top of the pool table. It was just a start to a great meal. Chef Richard was there and carved up the delicious roast beef and porchetta. Thank you Maplewood! Our guests are raving about the meal.
