Click on the "About" link 3. Under the heading "Submissions" click on the link "Online Submissions" 4. Under "Need a Username/Password?" click on "GO TO REGISTRATION" 5. Fill out the profile (NOTE: make sure to register as an "author". If you only register as a "reader" you will be unable to submit papers) 6. When you register you will be brought to the "User Home".
