Setting healthy boundaries is so very important. Here is a quick seven-step guide to setting healthy boundaries to get you started. Identify the boundaries or limitations you need.... Understand why you need those boundaries. Never apologize for setting or enforcing your boundaries. Be direct in communicating your boundaries to others. Determine what happens if your boundaries are not respected. Address how you will correspond to the person about the broken boundary. Trust your gut and practice mindfulness to create awareness for your boundaries.
