We want to take a moment to say thank-you to all those who've shown us so much support in the last few days since our announcement. While it's too late for us, there are many independently-owned/non-chain restaurants who could really use your help as we continue to battle this pandemic together. Step up and be a Foodie Superhero and take our #eatlocalkw challenge!... - If you are financially able to do so, order takeout once a week from a small restaurant! - If you feel safe enough to do so, skip the delivery apps and pick it up so the restaurant doesn't have to pay the app fee! - Purchase gift cards for the foodies on your holiday shopping list! - If you are unable to do any of the above, simply like, follow, and share the promotional efforts of your favourite restaurants. You never know who might see your interactions and choose to support that restaurant! Your favourite restaurants need your support.

It is with much sadness we announce that Marbles Restaurant will soon close. We shared the news with our amazing staff last week, without whom we would not have even made it this far. It has been an honour for us@fatsparrowgroup to carry on the traditions of fine food and warm service at Marbles, one of Waterloo region's most storied spaces. However due to theunforeseeablestrain that COVID-19 has put on our little restaurant we simply can not continue to operate. Thank you... to all our guests past and present and thanks to everyone in the community that has supported us and every small business during this time of need. We will continue to be open with our full menu and famous hospitalityuntil November 27th, please come see us and enjoy one last toast and we say goodbye. The Fat Sparrow Group is not going anywhere, as tough a blow as this is we won't stop fighting for our community, customers and most importantly our beloved staff! New drink menu coming in hot (literally) In addition to new signature cocktails, we've added new hot drinks to our menu! Featured are the spiced Wellesley apple cider, hot chocolate with house made marshmallow whip and mulled wine. Both the cider and hot chocolate are available for take out to keep you warm while strolling through Uptown Waterloo, all drinks are gluten free and vegan!

We’re all about the poutine on our takeout menu this week! Our features are a Vegetarian Kimchi Poutine and Pulled Pork Kimchi Poutine! Open from 3pm onwards for takeout or patio dining!

For our vegan diners, we’ve made the Vegan Po Boy a permanent item on our menu! This dish features Cajun spiced fried tofu, remoulade, pico de Gallo, and lettuce served on a soft white bun!

It’s a patio kind of day! Join us today from 3pm onwards! We’ll be serving up delicious shareables, must-try entrees, and all of your favourite brews and cocktails!

Come out to our patio this weekend and try our Ribeye Steak Dinner Feature! It features a seared ribeye with red wine and shallot compound butter. This must-try dish is served with grilled garlic butter corn on the cob and "loaded" roasted mini potatoes with spicy pork belly, melted parmesan, green onions drizzled with garlic and cracked black peppercorn crema on the side!
