To ensure discounts are applied without bias, we will create criteria that must be met for a discount to be offered. 4 We will continue to remove unconscious bias in the hiring process. We will eliminate the names and gender pronouns of our tutor applicants in future hirings. 5 We will continue to ensure equality and fairness in the delivery of our services, in-person and online. 6 Lastly, we are encouraging our tutors to use their voices to advocate, petition, protest, donate and volunteer for a fairer society. .
