I needed some repairs to be done to my car, such as ding in fender and cut in my bumper. It looked like I would need a new bumper and fender. It was during the pandemic and things were very hard to come by. Well, this gentleman, Mr. M. Marier believed there was a way to save us some money. He said to me, We might be able to repair these damages, and so he did and saved me about $1000.00 dollars. What a saving. I believe we should have more people like him in the city of Windsor. Although it may seem we may be a non-essential service, we do need to fix vehicles that have been damaged and are not safe to drive. Effective immediately, we are not accepting any new appointments for cars that have minor damages and are completely safe to drive. We ask that you don’t come to our offices unless we have instructed you to or you have a standing appointment. ... We will see you all of you once things settle down, but until then, please help us keep our employees healthy! Thanks guys !

Need an Estimate but want to practice Social Distancing?? Take pictures of your damages and your VIN tag and we will gladly write one up for you and email it back! We have examples of pictures below! Please make sure your pictures are CLEAR! Please take a photo of the damage from a short distance away and then another photo of the damage close up. Please send an additional photo of the vehicle from the back (see examples below). ... Thank you for choosing Marcel's Christine! On January 16, 2019 I unfortunately, due to icy road conditions, put my vehicle into a ditch and had extensive damage. When I called the claims adjuster they informed me that they had preferred collision centers where they sent their clients. In another collision about a year ago, against my better judgement, I followed their advice and took my vehicle to one of these preferred collision centers. After driving my vehicle a couple... of day after their repairs I noticed my brakes were making a thumping noise and took my vehicle to my regular mechanic to see what the issue was. Upon inspection my mechanic told me that this preferred collision center had installed a used part into the braking system and had it failed I would have had a serious issue......etc another accident or worse. So when the insurance adjuster told me on my recent collision about their preferred collision center, I insisted I was going to Marcel's. I have been going to Marcel's for 30 years with no issues and they always do excellent work. Not only are they courteous and friendly but they are also willing to work with you so that you have the best results possible. So thank you Marcel's from another satisfied customer!!!!
