As you might have noticed, winter is upon us. Sadly that also means our production season is slowly coming to an end. Since this is the last weekly basket, we are offering fruits and veggies that you will be able to keep for a little while. This week's basket includes a 10lb bag of apples, a bag of onions, 2 butternut squashes, kale, a dozen eggs, and a choice of either honey or juice.... Hi everybody! As you might have noticed, it is getting colder and colder, which means it's time to think about winter storage! For those who are not familiar with this service, we are giving people the possibility to buy a bushel of apples, a bushel of onions and/or butternut squashes, and store it in our fridge. ... Starting December 1st, the building will be open on Tuesdays, from 9h to 4h30, for you to come at your own convenience to take what you need. You will have until March 1st to collect your produce. This is a special year, with covid and all, so there are some additional measures in place. You will have to disinfect your hand when you arrive, you will need to sign an attendance sheet, and only 1 person at a time will be allowed in the fridge. In case of an unlikely McGill shut down, we will give you the chance to come and pick up the remaining produce you have in the fridge before officially closing down. A bushel of either McIntosh, Spartan, Cortland, Empire and onions is 32$. A bushel of Gala is 42$. We are selling the squashes in a bundle of 6 for 25$. Hi guys! As of this week, we have harvested all our apple varieties, so you can now order your half-bushel or bushel! You can get McIntosh, Spartan, Cortland and Empire apple for 20$ a half-bushel and 32$ a bushel. ... Our Gala apples are 30$ a half bushel and 42$ a bushel.
