What can I say about the Montreal Real Estate market that has not already been said. Sounding like a broken record, prices continue to climb as supply fails to meet the demand. Single-Family homes are still proving to be in the most demand as this pandemic has created a need for more space, but I would like to make a prediction! As home prices continue to climb and become out of reach to most first-time homebuyers, people who wish to stay on the island will begin to turn their attention to condos thus boosting prices in that category. Could we potentially see double-digit year-over-year gains in the condo market soon?
