And, pair it with this creamy garli...c dipping sauce thats so simple and delicious, you might never go back to online ordering. INGREDIENTS 1 clove organic garlic, finely pressed cup PC Organics 14% M.F. Sour Cream 1 tbsp organic fresh parsley, basil or chives, finely chopped 1 tsp organic lemon juice Pinch of salt and organic smoked paprika 1 pkg PC Organics Margherita Pizza Preheat oven to 450F. Arrange oven rack in bottom position. In a small bowl, combine garlic, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and paprika, stirring consistently. Cover mixture and refrigerate until needed. Remove all packaging from pizza and bake directly on bottom rack until crust is golden brown and cheese is meltedabout 10 - 12 minutes. Using tongs, remove pizza from oven by sliding onto cutting board. Let stand for 2 minutes. Cut into wedges. Serve with sauce for dipping.

Then, cut each piece of cheddar cheese in half. Ham and Cheese Skewers: Thread 1 piece folded ham, 1 piece cheese, 1 slice pickle, 1 piece folded ham, 1 piece cheddar cheese, 1 slice pickle, and 1 piece folded ham onto one, 6-inch wooden skewer. Repeat to make 4 skewers total. Set aside. Tomato Basil Chicken Skewers: Thread 1 piece folded chicken, 1 tomato, 1 bocconcini, 1 basil leaf, 1 piece folded chicken, 1 tomato, 1 bocconcini, 1 basil leaf, and 1 piece folded chicken onto one, 6-inch wooden skewer. Repeat to make 4 skewers total. Set aside. Turkey Artichoke Skewers: Thread 1 piece folded turkey, 1 piece artichoke, 1 olive, 1 piece Cheddar cheese, 1 piece folded turkey, 1 piece artichoke, 1 olive and 1 piece folded turkey onto one, 6-inch wooden skewer. Repeat to make 4 skewers total. Set aside. Serve all skewers on lettuce leaves and drizzle with vinaigrette.

Yummm - Mac n Cheese
Looking for a simple, and simply delicious, way to add some flavour to your chicken? How about kicking it up a notch withketchup? Oh yes, you read that correct...ly. A unique blend of sweet and spicy, this savoury sauce combines everybodys favourite condiment with a hint of ginger and chiliperfect for stir-fried chicken. Toss with some oil and sprinkle with fresh green onions for an other-worldly taste sensation. INGREDIENTS 1 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch chunks Pinch each of salt and pepper cup cornstarch 5 tbsp vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp peeled ginger, minced 1 cup PC Ketchup 1 tbsp sambal oelek chili paste 2 green onions, thinly sliced Toss chicken with salt and pepper in large bowl. Add cornstarch and toss to coat. Heat 2 tbsp oil in large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Shaking off excess cornstarch into bowl, add half of chicken to skillet without crowding. Cook, turning occasionally, until browned and no longer pink insideabout 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to plate. Wipe skillet. Repeat with 2 tbsp oil and remaining chicken. Add chicken to plate. Wipe skillet. Heat remaining oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger; cook, stirring, until fragrantabout 30 seconds. Stir in ketchup and chili paste. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened and darkened, for 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken; cook, stirring to coat, for about 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions, and serve.
