A couple of YUMMY recipes to help kick off the weekend! **SERIOUSLY...it's all about the CHOCOLATE** PEANUT BUTTER BANANA BITES... This simple 4 ingredient recipe is below. Perfect for Summertime snacking, especially if you have a sweet tooth Make a batch this weekend and keep them in the freezer so you can grab one whenever you need a treat Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas 1/3 cup of natural peanut butter or preferred nut butter 1/2 dark chocolate chips 2tsp coconut oil Method: 1. Peel and slice bananas into rounds about 1.5cm thick 2. Line a baking sheet with grease proof paper. Place about 1/2tsp of peanut butter on a slice of banana and top with another round to make a little banana peanut butter sandwich. Repeat until you have used all the banana rounds you should have about 30 bites. Place into the freezer to harden for about an hour. 3. Once the banana bites have been in the freezer for over an hour, melt your chocolate and coconut oil until completely melted. 4. Once chocolate is melted, remove your frozen banana bites from the freezer and dip into melted chocolate. Place back onto grease proof paper. Only cover 1/2 the bite with chocolate. 5. Place back into the freezer to set. Place into an airtight container storing in the freezer....enjoy NB: when you store banana bites in the freezer for any length of time the banana gets quite hard. So you'll want to take them out of the freezer to thaw for about 5min before eating YOU'RE WELCOME!! #tribalwellnessmovement #wholefoodnutrition #eatinghealthy #eatinghealthycantastegood #yum #yummy #getinmybelly #chocolate #empoweredwomensproject

The mental and physical benefits of Yoga have been documented many times over. If you enjoy yoga and can fit it into your health journey, I highly recommend it. For me, I struggle with actually being able to sit still long enough to really sink into the calm of yoga - my mind is always going a mile a minute and my body fights being still LOL...yet, I continue to try... Who includes yoga in their health regime? ... And if you do, what do you like best about it?? #tribalwellnessmovement #yoga #mindfulness #physicalhealth #hardtositstill
