Medication is an effective method used in our health system in combating most ailments. However, their full benefits are often not realized because approximately 50% of patients do not take their medications as prescribed. Furthermore, most patients lack education on drug safety and storage, resulting in preventable adverse health problems and accidents. We are reaching out to our community to educate and raise awareness on medication management and safety with the goal to... help reduce the number of such incidents.
