The Tale of the Tape... low to no inventory means higher prices, bidding wars, happy happy sellers and pretty dismayed buyers. As for me, it is a frustrating market in many ways- so difficult to help buyers even find a home and then to give my professional advice on whether they want to get into the fray, depending on their situation. I do feel confident that we in Fredericton are stable enough to carry these increases in prices. We have lagged behind for a number of years and a 10% increase on average is absolutely fair.
