Happy Birthday To Me! Birthday's are a natural time to reflect and consider the changes of the past year and plan for the future. This past year has been absolutely full of ups and downs- and keeping with that trend, I found out this past week that at 31 years old, I have heart disease. I will be on medication for the rest of my life. BUT one of my biggest takeaways from 30, is to vibe high always. Maintaining a positive outlook despite all the challenges and always seeing the best in every situation has been the number one reason I've made it through some of the most difficult moments of my life. So here's to 31- I'm eternally grateful to be taking another trip around the sun and will meet this new normal with love and grace.
