Trust us! This Roasted Curry Cauliflower will disappear! Try our recipe and let us know what you think: Divide and clean a head of cauliflower. Drizzle with olive oil.... In a bowl, mix 1.5 tsp of brown sugar, 1 tsp of curry powder and 1 tsp of salt. Sprinkle mixture over cauliflower. Spread cauliflower in on layer on a baking sheet and roast at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 min, turning once. Nope... they’re not onions! Shallots are in the same family as onions, garlic and chives. They contain powerful antioxidants and can help to boost our immune systems. Shallots can be used to add flavor to many dishes or can even be roasted alone as a side dish. To peel them, drop them into boiling water for just under a minute and drain. The skins will slip right off. To roast them, melt some butter in an oven proof saucepan and add your shallots and a bit of sugar to coat t...hem. Cook 10 min until shallots start to brown. Then, toss in some red wine vinegar, salt and pepper and roast at 400 F until tender. Time will vary based on size.
