I, like a lot of you have been cooking like crazy so am in dire need of some Epicure. Also if youre like me and have been washing EVERYTHING when you bring home your veggies and fruit , you should check out the Roll Out Rack... it is such a great tool. Im putting in an order tonight, possibly the last for a few weeks if anyone would like something. I am sorry that I didnt take a picture of dinner last night, had our Thai Red Curry.....so yummy!

Just out of the oven and this silicone waffle pan is SO much easier to clean than my traditional waffle iron. Yum.... time for berries and maple syrup!

Productive morning....veggie burgers, and lemon dilly dip to go with them made, waffles in the oven and base ready for my cheesecake ready for the filling. Thanks Epicure, easy peasie lemon squeezie!

Easy dinner tonight. Cheese tortellini, chicken, peas with Spinach, 3 Onion and Smoky Roasted Tomato, and of course fresh Parmesan in Alfredo. Ready for the oven....
