Saugeen River Range restoration Fund had a great kickstart from the Southampton Rotary Club who raised $14,500 at their Jazz for the Light event. The Range Light is holding her own with the Chantry Island Imperial Tower standing tall in behind. For donation information check out our webpage at chantryisland.com. Photo by Catherine Tolton.

Kudos Helen and Marine Heritage
Great story about the Lions Head Range Light taken out by Mother Nature..Hopefully this Icon will be rebuilt. Saugeen Front Range is taking quite a beating this year also and I hope it survives.
For Ken Womack, here is the W. D. Candice at Kingsville in 1957. She was lengthened at Erieau in the 1950's. She was rebuilt at Wheatley over the winter of 1980/81, and renamed Misty Jean. Misty Jean's house was removed at Southampton in 2011, and she was configured as a tug.
Wow this is awesome....
