Generally when we knit samples we've learnt not to choose colours that are too dark (because it's difficult to see the details and they're hard to photograph). But how could we resist this extra dark natural black lopi spun from Custom Woolen Mills ltd.? This is the Felix Cardigan by Savory Knitting. What you can't see is the beautiful lace raglan increases. Visit the shop for the full effect and to give this extra plush fabric a squeeze.

Well, if this isn't a Monday type of task The good news is this means my sweater is nearly done! If you have any tips for weaving in ends I'd love to hear about them in the comments.

I made a non-knitted thing! It's a knotted thing I had never done macrame before, but it was easy to learn. There are so many fun knots to try out. And the Bonniny 5mm cord is perfect for making plant hangers. There was lots left after making this smaller sized hanger so one skein could easily make a series. The natural coloured cord is a classic, but the other colours would put a fun twist on an old favorite.

Meet Bobbiny! We're so excited to finally have this line in the shop. There are two weights of knitted recycled cotton cord perfect for creating all kinds of fun things. It can be used for knitting, crocheting, macrame, weaving and more. Stay tuned to see some of the things we've made.
