Finally complete the final grading and seeding of the front lawn finished the window wells and weeping tile and waterproofing the side of this home.

The dirt finally settled in my backyard. So I grabbed with a bobcat and levelled everything out properly

Well I can check this off the list finished waterproofing the foundation wall.Lol when the instructions say you need two to three people to finish the job or you need 1 Mario.

Today was a short day for this waterproofing job put a rubber membrane on the wall before I put the plastic waterproofing material. Then I'm adding some window wells and some weeping tile to guarantee no more water leaks in this basement..
