Residential stats for December ! The market numbers are out and they are quite surprising to say the least! The number of house sales saw a huge 56% increase yes you read that right!! The average house sale also saw a significant increase of 23% and we saw a 43% dip in the amount of days a house stays on the market. The increases and decreases can be attributed to low inventory, low interest rates as well as affordable housing here in Niagara!
