At least once a day I try to get my shake in that is full of vitamins, fruits, veggies, all the nutrients my body needs in a cup! It consists of spinach/kale , banana, peanut butter, chia seeds and my superfood powder. This mixture supports my immune system , helps reduce my cravings, supports my body functions, helps level out my sugars, keeps me full, supports my gut health .. I could go on and on! Veggies are my hardest food to get in on a daily basis. So this help...s me provide my body with the nutrients it needs ! Let's support our bodies with the fuel it needs
On the menu today for Izabella : Boiled eggs with : SPG (salt, pepper, garlic)... Better than Bacon bits (made out of beans and so good!) She loved it, ate almost all of it ! Healthy, delicious and lots of flavor
Do you have that 1 place where you like to go to think, relax, rest etc ? That place where everything goes quiet, its so peaceful and calming. When you are at that place, there is no problems in the world, the pressure is lifted off you shoulders, your mind goes clear enough to think .... When the world feels like its spinning around you and your mind is so loud you can't hear , your shoulders feel so tight its hard to breath... think of that 1 place.... that 1 place tha...t you felt so calm and peaceful. It may feel like it will never get better right now..... but it will. It will get better. Just take it 1 day at a time... So remember when you are feeling down, overwhelmed, sad, whatever... take 5 mins... breath... remember that beautiful place... and collect your thoughts
