TIP Bulbs to hot? To close? Wattage to high? If this is happening in your house, time to change something. Newer LED bulbs don't give off the same heat if you still like this kind of fixture.

This Vermiculite insulation should not need testing, as it is well known that zonolite was mined from an asbestos based source. Thanks to the installer for leaving a few extra bags around.

I would love to find and work with a local qualified female home inspector. Our industry needs more women in it.

One house we inspected yesterday had the largest utility room I have ever seen. (Qty or items). Take a quick look at the video. 4 furnaces 1 air handler... 3 boilers 3 electrical panels Wires everywhere! Plus 4 Air conditioners outside 1 furnace in garage And A backup generator. No wonder I am so tired!

Would you believe that this concrete pad has no cracking? At least, not yet!

This is an image from my thermal image camera that is quite unique. It is a ceiling with electric radiant heat. (3rd time in 15 years that I have come across it) In the hot summer months it is hard to test heat, especially built into the ceiling. This is where having the proper tools, and knowledge on how to use them comes in handy!

Have I mentioned how much I hate crawl spaces.... Even the tall ones! There's always something hiding.
