Hi judges!! May 22nd. MarketChef is back!... The title is "Who makes the best GushiChicken plate!!" The rule is simple. Gushi provides 10 pieces of freshly fried GushiChicken, then you have a 8 minute to decorate on a plate with your special sauce and garnish. The judges are chosen at a market on the day!
