Take note of the information you need for the meeting, 2 Research the prospect on LinkedIn: getting to know his / her background will help you connect the dots better during the meeting. 3 Make a question list: know the goal of the meeting and tailor your questions according 4 Organize your room and keep a clean background: you don't want the prospect to see a messy background. 5 Make sure your got the correct meeting link and the Internet connection is good. 6 Take a deep breath to ease your nerve. Don't forget to wear your smile! Energy is contagious 7 Ask good questions and connect the dots. 8 Always be helpful to your meeting prospect: generosity and kindness draw people in.
