Jesus told the paralyzed man, "Get up! Pick up your mat and walk." (John 5:8) Somehow, we are like the paralyzed man, we think something will never be changed... so even Jesus ask us, "do you want to get well", we have so much excuses....like the paralyzed man. Just believe, follow the word of the Lord, get up and pick up the mat and walk.

What then is Apollos? What is Paul? Servants through whom you believed, as the Lord assigned to each. (1Cor 3:5) what is your assignment?

1Cor 2:9 But just as it is written, Things that no eye has seen, or ear heard, or mind imagined, are the things God has prepared for those who love him.

I love what Henri Nouwen talked about church, he mentioned, "the Church is the people of God. The Latin word for "church," ecclesia, comes from the Greek ek, which means "out," and kaleo, which means "to call." The Church is the people of God called out of slavery to freedom, sin to salvation, despair to hope, darkness to light, an existence centered on death to an existence focused on life."

But Jesus answered them, My Father is working until now, and I am working. (John 5:17) No matter what is in your life, God is working, keep on waiting. He is Good and faithful.
