Sencha Kyoto Cherry Rose Festival This delightful high quality green tea is enhanced with the delicate flavours of sweet cherry and morning rose. Their subtle hints give the tea a wonderfully exotic flavour. It is, simply, a stunning combination. Several centuries ago, Kyoto, which is the cultural centre of Japan today, was the religious capital of Japan. Many very old temples and wonderful parks can be found nestled among the modern high rises of the city. In the spring, this area of Japan is ablaze with new season cherry blossoms and the air is filled with their sweet fragrance. Sencha Kyoto Cherry Rose Festival was created to honour this wonderful time of year.

Lemon Mango Punch Tisane This herbal tea has the refreshing taste of zesty lemon balanced by the sweet tropical notes of mango. Its tangy but sweet flavour makes it a perfect tea to usher in the warmer days. This particular blend consists of dried apple, rosehip and hibiscus. The hibiscus gives it a high concentration of vitamin C and its lovely pink colour. It is absolutely wonderful when served iced!

Welsh Rarebit Anyone?! Welsh rarebit is a traditional Welsh dish consisting of a cheese spread on crisp toast. Doesn't sound like much, does it? Well, don't let the simplicity of this dish fool you! Using thick slices of French baguette, we generously slather this cheesy mixture of cheddar cheese, butter, keens mustard and a touch of our secret ingredient on them and broil them to perfection resulting in a crispy toasted bottom and an "ooey gooey" cheesy topping that just me...lts in your mouth. Mmmmmm! Doesn't cheese just improve everything?! It also happens to be our owner's wife's favourite!
