To all my dear students, All this week, I've been letting everyone know face-to-face, as I prefer giving the following news in person.... For all those I haven't seen this week,unfortunately you will be receiving the news by email/facebook. It is with a bit of sadness that I must announce that I will be closing my kung fu school at the end of December 2017, and retiring from teaching publicly. A combination of : increasing demands from work, my health, and the uncertainty of whether I will be moving to downtown Toronto in the next few years, has led to the decision of not renewing a 5 year lease for my school's location. It has been a pleasure teaching the art of Wing Chun Kung Fu to children, teenagers, and adults in Markham for the last 16 years. For the remaining months of November and December 2017, let's focus on training hard, and working towards your next belt. I will be awarding new belts to all the hard-working students, before I close my school in December. Sincerely, Sifu Dominique Emond

Dec 10, 2017 I tested Peter O'Donnell and Christopher Fisico for their Level 10 (Sifu) designation for a total of 2.5 hours. Congratulations guys! October 6, 2017... I tested Christian O'Donnell for his Level 10 Sifu designation. Congratulations, Christian. Late August 2017: Today I tested these 3 gentlemen for a total of 3 hours. They all obtained their Level 10 (Sifu designation). Congratulations to : Jason Solomon, Jon-Carlo Aldorasi, and Adrian Tong.
