The bad news: Winter is just around the corner. The good news: Mother Nature has met her match! HOME OF THE EXCLUSIVE 8 PROPERTY... PER-TRUCK LIMIT! We are the ONLY established company in Etobicoke that maintains a capacity of only 8 properties per truck! That's right, only 8 properties are on the roster of each vehicle in our fleet. Has your snow removal contractor ever asked you for money up-front? If so, this is not untypical. Many contractors will justify this "initiation" as needed cash flow to "purchase supplies," or as insurance that the client is "serious." Established contractors should have the discipline of properly managing cash flow in order to cover day-to-day operating expenses, such as supplies. And demanding up-front payment as "insurance" against the client automatically introduces a sense of insecurity to the relationship. Both should raise red flags.
