A great way to reduce stress, which will reduce inflammation in your body and strengthen your immune system, is to get out and enjoy nature. There is no better place to experience the benefits of nature and public art than Royal Botanical Gardens on the border of Burlington & Hamilton, with a bonus for healthcare workers. #Nature #PublicArt #StressRelief https://www.rbg.ca/incentive-program-for-ontario-healthcar/

Trudeau government that seniors who qualify for Old Age Security (OAS) will be eligible for a one-time, tax-free payment of $300, and those eligible for the Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS) will get an extra $200. Seniors who already are receiving OAS and GIS will receive the one-time benefit automatically; they will not be required to apply for it. #COVID19 #Seniors #Canada... https://www.cbc.ca//po/seniors-supports-covid19-1.5565743

Trudeau announces new financial package to help students who are not able to get summer jobs because of the Covid-19 crisis. Measures include $1,250 a month from May to August, or up to $1,750 for a student who has a disability or is taking care of someone. Student grants and loan amounts have been increased, too. Another measure is the Canada Student Service Grant (CSSG) which pays up to $5,000 in exchange for volunteer work in your community.... More details to come. #Students #Canada #FinancialAid #Covid #CSSG #CERB https://www.cbc.ca//trudeau-students-financial-aid-1.55408
