World Kindness Day is today. While we shouldn’t need a day to acknowledge kindness or encourage others to be kind, unfortunately in our world today there is so much divisive rhetoric and acts of violence; Racism Sexism, Anti Semitism, and on & on I can go... it is more important than ever to encourage kindness. It doesn’t need to be a grand gesture - a smile, a coffee, letting someone go ahead of you in line, a text out of the blue to say hello or giving of your time. Practise kindness everyday and most importantly teach your children kindness- not only in words but in actions. They are watching you (always) and they are listening to your words. #bekind
