If the pandemic has not taught you that having a work from home side gig is imperative then you will probably never learn. I don't care if it's Nutrition, Skincare, Travel, Jewelry, Leggings, Tupperware or something else. FIND SOMETHING, I suggest with no overhead or quotas or monthly minimum.....and start building a future NOW! Sometimes it's scary to do something new ... but can I just encourage YOU - do it scared ... figure it out as you go ... and oh yes ... there's so mu...ch room at our table here - come have fun with us ... we can do it together! It's WELLNESS WEDNESDAY! Since a lot of things we are doing these days is hindering our immune systems it’s extremely important right now to do things to boost it! 1) VITAMIN D is so important for your immune system. Get at least 30 minutes of sunshine daily. When this is hard to find supplementing with a good liquid vitamin D is helpful. 2) YES, NATURE..... we all need it! And it’s proven to boost your immune system. Take a walk in the woods, escape to the country, ge...t out of the hustle and bustle of the city. 3) INCREASE YOUR SUPERFOODS! And most importantly change them up. We should have 8-12 servings of Veggies each day! Welcome to the new week! What's your focus? My Monday’s start out with my morning meditation and workout to get me motivated, and then I look at my goals for the week. I find that putting them down on paper makes them real and attainable....even when they are a stretch. We all have hopes and dreams for our week but can you put it down on paper?
