Another small project completed! This contemporary basement apartment kitchen used to be a tired old laundry room! A client with a vision, and some creative planning has turned this around for whoever ends up with this cute little space. All new floors, new lighting, new trim, Ikea cabinets, quartz counters, tile backsplash, many drywall repairs and all new paint have transformed it to this wonderful inviting space

Made use of our efficient paint sprayer on this job . Masked off areas that would benefit with a spray and hand rolled the rest. Beautiful finish to the ceiling and walls. Another fabulous job done by the dynamic duo with a lot of help from #benjaminmoorepaint #gracopaintsprayers #paintspraying

Cabinet refinishing? Yes, we can do that too! Missed the before picture with the doors on, but you get the idea Sanded, sealed, primed, and then the new finish sprayed on. The new black handles and hinges help to finish the look

Happy to have been a part in this renovation. Framing and drywall was done. Taping, priming, and cabinetry build are complete on this custom built in entertainment center. Final painting and pull hardware is all that's needed to wrap this one up

Before and after! This old original patio door had lost its efficiency, the rollers were worn, the track was worn, and the glass was fogging up from the seal breaking down. In its place is an awesome new garden door! New satin nickel hardware and PVC door trim help finish off this new efficient design with low-e glass

Sometimes you just need a nice feature wall! It can be a different colour, or it can be a different texture! Very happy to have been a part of this project for one of our good clients! They initially wanted a simple wall feature, contemplated ship lap, but were instantly sold at this option. What a difference!

Old door in a concrete foundation, with a rotting sill and trim? Easy peasy! New vinyl clad jamb, wider steel door, PVC trim outside, pine trim inside, and new storm door mean this opening is good to go for years to come!

A much-needed upgrade for this front entrance! The old deck and steps where rotting and sinking. The deck area was widened and built deeper so these customers can now set two chairs on it adding to the functionality #deck #renovation

Out with the old, and in with the new! The front steps and railing were rotting out. The satin white railing, contrasting with the black aluminum balusters help to set off this rebuild. Waiting on new post caps with solar LED lighting to tie the whole look together

Another satisfied customer! This above ground pool now has easy access thanks to this platform and the nova slate walk up to it. Sienna coloured pressure treated wood and aluminum balusters means many years of enjoyment! #pool #summertime

Sometimes it's the more simple things that make a huge impact to a living space, like adding a window to a steel door to let some air and natural light in!

Recently had the pleasure of completing this for a customer. They had someone start to remove old decorative trim from their front entryway that had rotted out. Removed the boards and all the silicone, and then added new PVC trim and door handle to complete this maintenance free solution that they will enjoy for years to come! Just waiting on the new door knocker to complete the transformation
