It makes me sad to see that the ED starting salary is so low for such a challenging and complex role. As a former ED at H&H I also worked for peanuts BUT it was one of the most rewarding, creative, dynamic and caring positions I’ve ever had. Hope that À deux mains / Head & Hands has many qualified applicants!
