On behalf of the Marmora Agricultural Society we want to send our deepest condolences to the Cuddy family. Suzan and Jim were huge supporters for years of the Marmora Fair. Both sat on the board of directors for multiple years and even when they were not on the board they donated hundreds of hours volunteering at many of our events. They will be greatly missed.

It was a beautiful day for a parade. Thank you to all that organized this fun packed afternoon.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the Marmora Fair Board will be rescheduling our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to Tuesday November 30th at 7pm at the Marmora Legion on the hall side. We welcome everyone to attend. At the AGM the board will present a report of the activities & accomplishments of the society since our last AGM. Directors shall be elected. If you are interested in becoming a board member please join us. Masks are mandatory. Contact tracing will also be in place. We look forward to seeing you there.

New deadline for community recipe submissions is July 1, 2021 to support the Marmora Agricultural Society's fundraiser. Recipe submissions are requested for the following categories: Appetizers, Baking, Beverages, Breakfast, Candies, Casseroles, Crock Pot/Instant Pot, Main Dishes, Meat, Preserves, Soups/Stews.

The Winner of the snow competition is Sharlene Webber. Great job and thank you for your entry

Congratulations again to our shopping spree winner Peter McMillan of Badgley McMillan designs ourhometoyours.ca He donated his shopping spree to the Marmora Food bank. Janet Dies was able to stock up for the food bank during her 2 minute shopping spree. Thank you to Craig Potter and all the staff at Potter’s Valuemart. What a great morning.
