Thanksgiving reminds us to give thanks and to count our blessings. We are blessed and lucky to enjoy life, and we must remember that every day of our life. Happy Thanksgiving Canada!

Assumption can be dangerous in marital relationship. Stop assuming you know what you spouse is thinking, or why your spouse did what he did.. Just ask

I can't just see my self married even though I'm 30. I'm in a stable relationship and the guy proposed 3 weeks ago I would have said no but my mum was there and she could have heart attack if I had said no. My mum thinks I need help because I keep saying I don't want to get married.... I don't like the idea of having to take permission from someone before I do things, or the idea of someone expecting me to make sacrifices when I don't want to or not being able to run my life the way I want to. My fiance keeps saying he won't burden me with responsibility I'm not ready for when we're married but I think it's just a decoy to get me married. I think marriage is a cage or do you think otherwise.

This is a call to action to everyone. I want you to use your voice and lend your support to the campaign to #endsars. Go on social media and send messages with the #endsars hashtag.... Talk about it. We must engage and talk clearly and loudly so that the Nigerian Government will have no choice but to act and #endsars. You can't be a bystander while Innocent Nigerians are disrespected, abused, tortured or killed by those that are to protect them. Public officials must use their power to serve citizens, not to intimidate and exploit them. Use your platform and join the protest. If you can, go out to join in on the physical demonstrations. Don't give an excuse, do something. No matter your location, stand for #endsars. Let your voice be heard. Remember to remain safe and constructively engage so we get the desired results.
