Cole officiated our COVID friendly intimate wedding this past weekend and we couldn’t have asked for more. Without meeting Cole in person, he was able to make... us laugh, cry and do a little dance. He made our ceremony so beautiful and personalized it truly felt like it was our special day. Cole was so easy going and easy to chat with he made us feel so comfortable. We hired Married by Cole to officiate our elopement style wedding ceremony in Banff AB, in January 2021. Our plans kept changing and evolving due to the COVID... restrictions and we were so happy and grateful to have Cole on board for this crazy ride! For perspective, we only got married once, but we planned no less than three iterations of this event since July 2020, in two different provinces. We worked with several vendors along the way. Hiring Married by Cole was the best decision we made. Cole’s years of experience in the wedding industry as a talented photographer really came in handy. He was able to suggest other amazing vendors in the area who helped make our day what it was, dreamy and magical. He helped us navigate a last minute venue change, suggesting an alternative location that was not only free, but ten times more beautiful and intimate than anything else we had considered! Most importantly, Cole made the ceremony so personal and relative to the couple we were. My fiancé and his family are primarily French Canadians’ and it was important to us to incorporate a French aspect into our ceremony. Although Cole is not French, he fully embraced this diversity and encouraged us to incorporate this with our witnesses present. Cole has this very unique way of bringing everyone together into the moment as a wedding officiant. His outgoing adventurous personality added so much fun to our intimate ceremony. Although we were missing many close family and friends, our ceremony was better than we could ever imagined. We trusted Cole and he exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend Married by Cole enough to any couple looking for an officiant who is real, fun, relatable, adventurous and wants to make the ceremony about YOU as a couple. Cole we cannot thank you enough for our beautiful ceremony. We are so lucky to have had you and are beyond grateful for your service and commitment through this process!
