How YOU doing?? How's that new resolution going?? Going kickass over here!!! Our women are IN CONTROL, doing PT, menu plans that are personalized and if they ...can't train here in person, they are in our on line studio. Looks like restrictions are on again until Feb.5. Gee, I didn't see that coming BUT I DON'T CARE, because as long as I'm showing up as a coach to my clients, and I get to sweat every day, this moms happy. Can't go complaining about it? I'm doing something about it and so is our tribe . Plus life is too easy to be average ( someone told me that one time ) and I've never forgotten it. You feel me?

I wanted to share a yummy recipe with you all today. This comes from our on line studio program and have $20 off on my transformations on line until the end of ...November. Check it out and let me know if you make it. Happy Thanksgiving from My @2bmindset Family to Yours!!! We created this 4 MINUTE RECIPE to show our thanks for your ongoing support. Here’s a Pumpkin Pecan Mug Cake that totally works as breakfast. Nonstick cooking spray 1 large egg 1/3 c. pumpkin puree 1/4 c. almond flour 2-3 packets of stevia powder or 2 tsp. honey 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 Tbsp. chopped pecans or mini dark chocolate chips 2 tbsp. Yogurt (could be Greek or coconut) 1. Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray. 2. Add egg; lightly beat with fork. Add pumpkin, almond flour, stevia, and pumpkin pie spice; stir until well incorporated. 3. Add pecans; mix well. 4. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Top with 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt; serve warm If using pecans: it has 7g fiber, only 7g sugar, and 13g protein (& more if using Greek yogurt)
