If you were to put 20 photographers together, with the same experience level, using the same camera, the same lens, and taking the photo from the same location, you will end up with 20 different images. Every photographer has a unique eye and their own style for capturing their vision. I love these styled shootouts put on by Angelic Images Photography. It reminds us that there is room for everyone of all levels in this profession and we shouldn’t compete with one another. Instead, we should help each other grow and evolve into the best photographers we can be and celebrate one another.

I had the opportunity to do a Styled Shootout with a few other awesome photographers at all different levels. We had a staged Couple shoot, and a staged wedding shoot. Here's some of my shots. I was able to take advantage of getting some shots from my family thanksgiving and learn some things.. 1. It's impossible to get 4 children to simultaneously look at the camera, but I won, once. 2. Babies like to run away. ... 3. You're never too old to play on a tire swing! 4. Everlasting love exists.

A mom of 3 boys, 1 being a rainbow baby. She is a strong, resilient woman raising two of the most well behaved boys I have ever met. Despite being caught in some crazy wind, these photos are still so beautiful showing the bond between you all. Keep up the good work momma!

Two months ago, my friend Julia almost lost her fiance to a horrific motorcycle accident. Julia is also a trauma nurse, so to have her fiance end up on the floor she works on fighting for his life is absolutely heartbreaking. Doug is resilient and I'm in awe with how fast he's recovered in such a short period of time considering the numerous injuries he sustained. and Julia, is one of the strongest women I know. The amount of strength, patience and selflessness she showed during this hard time is beyond inspiring. They get married in a month, and I was honoured to take their engagement photos!

I just wanted to reach out and welcome my new followers! In case you don’t know my story yet, I am a 9-1-1 EMS Dispatcher by day, and these are some of my people I have been doing the job for 8.5 years and have been exposed to a lot of trauma and heartache. The photo below is from Survivors Day 2019, put on by Middlesex-London EMS: A day dedicated to reuniting dispatchers, paramedics, police officers and fire fighters with the patients they helped save after suffering fro...m cardiac arrest. I’ve always had a passion for photography and I’m at a point in my career where I need a hobby; an outlet to gain positive exposure and find the beauty in life. I finally gave myself a push and with the support of my boyfriend, decided to take photography more seriously. I’m quickly learning that there is no better feeling for me than being able to capture life’s precious moments; the moments people can’t otherwise capture themselves. Its been about 3 months since I decided to take on this journey. I’m still new, and still constantly learning but so excited to see where this takes me. I’d love for you to be a part of it with me!
