Hello everyone! As were all aware, many public spots throughout the globe have been closed as we are asked to stay at home. Lets comply, support each other, and stay healthy! Ive decided to surpass my shyness and introversion to put some workouts that we can all take part in from the comfort of our homes. The workout in this episode focuses mainly on kettlebell work but feel free to use other types of weights, resistance, or objects - the goal is to get our heart rates up... and some blood flowing! Enjoy and stay safe my friends :)

Shes honestly the sweetest, typical day helping me practice taking portraits. Looked into best practices of great photographers, who are great with many subjects. Patience and not setting expectations are important. A goal and being prepared are givens. Exposure, colour balance, framing, lenses, cameras, and the whole list of skills are monumental for the 20% of the iceberg. The 80% required for a perfect moment is the moment itself. It doesnt have to be epic, or on a set, thats not where life is, at least not the majority of the reality in which we are so lucky to share

People often complain about the lack of efficiencies of these systems such as: frequency, closeness to destination and the commute time. However, none of that changes unless there is demand.
