Sales Continue to Increase in Quebec The province’s real estate market registered significant increases in October, both in terms of sales (+39 per cent) and median prices (+22 per cent for single-family homes). ... The province of Quebec continued to post excellent results in October 2020. A total of 11,276 residential transactions were concluded, a 39 per cent increase compared to October of last year. The number of properties for sale decreased by 34 per cent, while new listings jumped by 12 per cent in October. Finally, the median price of single-family homes rose by 22 per cent, posting a median price of $321,000.
