Here are some of my Spanish snail "babies". They hatched in November and are already almost full grown. I am really enjoying all the variety in their shell colours and patterns! I will select the biggest, fastest growing ones with the fanciest shells to be the next generation of breeders. The rest will be ready to eat soon. #escargot #spanishsnails #sorryitsblurry

Wonderberries make some tasty syrup and jam. They are kind of bland on their own, but a bit of sugar really brings out the fruity flavour.
